Object and beneficiaries:
- by means of this order approving the public call by processing advance, for the year 2015, of the subsidies provided for in the Decree 254/2012, December 28 (DOE No. 7 of 11 January 2013), as amended by
Decree 233/2014, 28 of October, (DOE No. 210, October 31, 2014) aimed at the promotion of procurement, through contract work in practice, of those who are in possession of university degree or professional training
medium or higher degree or degrees officially recognised as equivalent in accordance with the laws regulating the current educational system, or certificate of professionalism in accordance with the provisions of the organic law 5/2002, of 19 June, qualifications and vocational training, which enable for the exercise professional, within five years, or seven years when the contract is concluded with a worker with disabilities following the termination of the corresponding studies.
In addition, and pursuant to article 8.3 of the Decree 254/2012, of 28 December, eligible subject of grant contract extensions in the first call of this aid.
2 may be beneficiaries of the aid regulated by this order the licensed professionals and companies, associations or entities without profit, which, in their capacity as employers and complying with the requirements and conditions set forth in the present
norma, conducted, in the form of contract of employment practices, hiring in the terms provided for in article 8 of the Decree 254/2012, of 28 December.
Real communities, civil societies and temporary unions of companies that fulfill the requirements and conditions laid down in each case, made such hiring practices may also be beneficiary.
In the case of groupings of natural or legal persons without personality, must be expressly, stated in the application as in the resolution of concession, the implementation commitments made by each Member of the array, as well as the
amount of subsidy to be applied by each of them, who shall also be regarded as beneficiaries. In any case, shall appoint a representative or sole agent of the grouping, with powers enough to fulfil the obligations which, as
beneficiary, they correspond to the group. You can not dissolve the grouping until expiry of the period of limitation provided for in articles 45 and 70 of the law 6/2011, March 23, of grants from the autonomous community of Extremadura.
