Objective.
Through this aid program is intended to increase the ability to compete and innovate companies Bizkaia, sustainable and integrated in its environment.
For this purpose it provides grants to beneficiary entities.
Eligible facts.
It is considered made eligible actions aimed at improving the competitiveness of the applicant organization through innovation projects, both technological and non-technological, in any area of the entity (process, product, organization, participation, market, protection of property …) consistent with the business model of the entity and with high impact.
It is intended that the beneficiary entities arising unit projects encompassing all of its actions to improve competitiveness through innovation and form a coherent whole.
Eligible projects may include, among others, to ensure:
– The design and development of new products or substantial performance improvements of existing ones, for joining market.
– The introduction of new products in their production processes or substantial improvements in any of the stages of existing processes, always aiming to provide it with greater added value.
– The organizational transformation based on the role of individuals and teams, through a process of organizational change and ways to manage the organization involving a broad and diverse participation of the people in the organization in the process of reflection and commissioning realization of these projects.
– Innovation for opening new markets and generating new ways of marketing products and services as well as product servitización.
– The filing and processing of applications for European, international or domestic patents abroad, utility model or design international or national community abroad.
– Previous studies for the analysis of acquiring companies as a tool to increase competitiveness, provided that the project involves innovation for the company.
The projects under grant must be applied and implemented in the applicant, residing benefit them in the institution itself and also maintaining consistency with the object of their activity, considering eligible costs only activities with direct application in the centers of Bizkaia.
In any case, the projects will not be discriminatory on grounds of sex and should seek the elimination of gender roles and stereotypes based on gender.
Maximum requests:
Each entity may submit one (1) single application for projects developed solely by her. The application shall consequently a draft comprehensive.
Regardless of the presentation of projects developed by a single entity, each entity may submit one (1) single application as leader of collaborative projects. There is no limitation to participate in other collaborative projects in which the entity is not the leader of the project.
In the case of applications for collaborative projects, the examining body will appreciate if the collaboration can be described as such in accordance with the provisions of Article 3.2 of this Decree and, otherwise, may request the leader entity reformulation of the application as a project by a single entity.
If the number of requests for the same company exceeds any of the limits set in the first two paragraphs of this article, the competent body will evaluate only the first application received and automatically dismiss the other applications.
Amount of aid.
The aid granted shall not exceed the following amounts per applicant in each of the projects supported, depending on the template of the applicant at the time of application for aid (in annual full-time equivalent) entity:
From 6-50: aid Maximum amount: € 60,000 in internal costs: 30,000 €
51 to 100: maximum aid amount: € 80,000 in internal costs: 40,000 €
