Object:
1.1 approve the regulatory basis for the promotion of the incorporation of unemployed people over the age of 45 in the labour market through AIDS to the hiring.
1.2 open the call by the year 2015 the hiring subsidies to promote the incorporation to the labour market of persons unemployed over 45 years of age.
1.3 open the call early for the year 2016 hiring subsidies to encourage the incorporation to the labour market of persons unemployed over 45 years of age.
1.4. the procedure for the granting of subsidized performances is the regulated.
Performances and eligible expenditure:
6.1 eligible employment contracts that meet the following requirements:
(a) carried out by the natural or legal persons provided for in the base 2 of annex 1 of this order with people older than 45 years, 6 months continued in a situation of unemployment, workers registered as jobseekers not occupied (DONO) in the public service of employment of Catalonia on the date immediately preceding the date of signature of the contract , and that can carry out their activities in a workplace of Catalonia.
(b) have a duration of 12 or 6 months and a day from 50% to 100%.
(c) stating expressly the annual gross salary, the day expressed as a percentage and the date of end of contract.
- d) in the case that prompted the grant provided for contracts with people with disabilities equal to or greater than 33%, stating the authorisation of the working person to the public service of occupation of Catalonia to verify electronically the degree of disability which is declared by the Department of welfare i family, otherwise, must occur certificate or official document attesting the recognition of the degree of disability.
The practices and the discontinuous fixed contracts are expressly excluded.
6.2. also will be eligible, for once, the extensions of subsidized contracts, 6 months duration, which meet the above requirements except the condition of unemployment and the person contracted job seeker registration. The maximum eligible duration of a contract, including the extension, is 12 months; unless it is the hiring of a person with a disability which may be 18 months.
6.3. the number of eligible contracts by person or beneficiary, in accordance with these rules, be greater than 5 cannot exceed 50% of the staff of the physical or legal person benefiting, except in the case of a natural or legal person having contracted up to 1 person. In this case, the number of eligible contracts will be, maximum 1.
6.4. extensions of subsidized contracts, in accordance with paragraph 2 of this basis, be counted as a contract for the purposes of paragraph 3 of this base.
Lead time:
Aid to hiring eligible under this call shall be consistent with signed contracts, respectively:
-For call for 2015, from the day following the publication of this order until the 30 November 2015.
-For the announcement of 2016, from December 1, 2015, up to November 30, 2016.
