Object and purpose of the aid
eleven. The object of this resolution to regulate the procedure for granting the call of «Jovellanos» Program economic companies of Asturias aid to promote the recruitment of qualified staff college for the implementation of research-related activities, technological development and innovation and to facilitate temporary mobility of human resources of the private sector in other enterprises or public institutions to implement R & D during the period 2016-2017.
1.2. This notice is governed in what is not opposed to it, by the regulatory bases of the «Jovellanos» Program, approved by Resolution of the Ministry of Employment, Industry and Tourism of 26 October 2015 (BOPA November 9) (hereinafter regulatory bases). Grants will be provided in grants and disclosure regime, objectivity and competitive concurrence.
1.3. Delivery and distribution of aid to the beneficiary institutions in this call, will be made through the Foundation for the Promotion in Asturias of Applied Scientific Research and Technology (hereinafter FICYT) in its capacity as the medium itself the Principality Asturias who has been entrusted with the management of aid.
1.4. The beneficiary organizations of these grants shall abide by the obligations laid down in Regulation 1407/2013 of the Commission of 18 December 2013 on the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union for aid de minimis (OJ L 352/8 of 24 December 2013).

Terms of the call
3.1. The actions for which help is requested under this call should be initiated in the year 2016y aid be extended until no later than July 31, 2017. Type A: Recruitment of graduates for R + D + i ………. 75%
Type B: Performances mobility in R + D + i ………… 25%
The following limits are set for each eligible for aid modalities costs:
3.7.1. Category A
a) E l eligible cost of contracts (sum of the gross salary of hired more business with Social Security) quota may not exceed 45,000 euros per year or 3,750 euros a month (including the share of the bonuses and other remuneration ), without prejudice to the annual gross salary may be higher.
b) In the specific category of «Attracting talent», the annual gross remuneration of entitled shall not be less than 35,000 euros a year. 3.7.2. Category B

c) T ransport: the maximum eligible cost in this concept will be up to 1,000 euros for travel in Spain and up to 2,500 euros for travel to / from abroad.
d) P óliza of medical insurance and accident: the maximum eligible amount in this concept may be up to 300 euros per month.
e) Other expenses: maximum eligibility is established under this heading of 4,500 euros per year.
