Contracts with a minimum duration of six months and working part-time, with a subsidy of between 30 and 50 per cent of the gross salary for a maximum period of one year will be funded.
The employment contracts of at least 6 months duration concluded with long-term unemployed people will be eligible.
For the purposes of the present Decree long-term unemployed person is the one showing unemployment continuously for a minimum period of 12 months prior to the formalization of the contract.
The employment contract must be type permanent contract, discontinuous fixed contract, or a contract for a fixed term of at least six months.
Contracts not including the minimum duration of six months are excluded.
Employment contracts must be full-time or part-time, provided that this represents a minimum of 50 of the usual full-time established from the date of commencement of the contract and during all their life.
Two grant applications may not be made with the same hardworking person by two contracts.
Two contracts of six months with the same worker person, or one of six and another 12 months will not be funded.
The contracts concluded between one November 2014 and September 30, 2015 will be funded.
The amount of the subsidy to be granted to each beneficiary by the set of eligible actions, in this Decree, may exceed the limit of 90,000 euros, not exceed a maximum of 10 engagements. The subsidy for hiring will be between 30 and 50 of the gross salary for the period of duration of the contract with the maximum of one year.
In any case, it will be addressed always with the contents of the payroll in the first month of hiring in terms of salary and day. Future changes to the calculation of the grant will not be taken into account.
The maximum grant amount will be 7,000 euros in the case of 6-month contracts and 14,000 euros for contracts of one year or more in duration. Those contracts whose annual gross income is less than $ 10,000 shall not be eligible.
The economic resources are 1,250,000 euros.
