Object and purpose of the award:
It is this resolution aims to convene, for the year 2015, the corresponding subsidies program opportunity to use young, whose purpose is to encourage the hiring of young people enrolled in the national youth guarantee scheme in the autonomous community of Aragon.
May be beneficiaries of subsidies provided for in the present order companies, what ever their legal form, individual entrepreneurs and self-employed workers, the communities of goods and civil societies, as well as private entities
non profit that develop their activity in the autonomous community of Aragon and hire young people that, on the day immediately prior to the date of the contract, are unemployed and registered as jobseekers in any of the offices of the Aragonese Institute of employment and are registered in the national system of youth guarantee.
Maximum limit of subsidy:
- inside of each call of this order, any company may get grants for made contracts which, as a whole, exceed the amount of 75,000 euros.
- in the case of a single company that employed to carry out operations of carriage of goods by road, the amount applicable maximum will be 100,000 euros.
Final recipients of subsidies and requirements thereof:
The final recipients of subsidies provided for the young employment opportunity program are youth that are registered in the national system of youth guarantee and which meet the following requirements:
(a) be identified in the data base of the youth guarantee scheme and have previously accredited the fulfillment of the requirements for access to the system, in accordance with the provisions of the law 18/2014, on 15 October, adoption of urgent measures for growth, competitiveness and efficiency. The Aragonese employment Institute will check the fulfilment of this requirement ex officio.
(b) be unemployed and registered as jobseekers in the offices of the public employment service the day immediately before the date of hiring.
(c) not having worked in the thirty calendar days prior to the day of start of subsidized contract.
Grants:
1 the young employment opportunity program grants will be allocated to encourage the hiring of young people who are registered in the national system of youth guarantee and which comply with the other requirements laid down in article 6.
2 may be subsidised both temporary or fixed-term contracts and permanent contracts provided that since its inception they have an agreed duration equal to or greater than six months, with a day’s work of at least 50% of the day
regular company.
- the contract must assume an increase of the total staff of the work centres located in the same province in which created job, regarding the existing template on the last day of the month preceding the date of publication of the corresponding call is placed.
- the maximum amount the subsidy received by beneficiaries employers shall be equal to the result of multiplying the number of months of the contract by the amount of the module that corresponds according to the Group’s contribution to the Social security of the
young hired, while the maximum subsidized period does not exceed 12 months. In any case the subsidy granted for each worker may exceed 80% of the total salary cost of the subsidized worker.
- If the contract were on time partial, the amount of the subsidy that may apply will be reduced in the same proportion as the day.
- the modules for each group of engaged young people quote will be as follows:
Module A: grant will amount to 350 euros per month for every young person employed in groups of 10 and 11 Social security contributions.
Module B: the subsidy may amount to 400 euros per month for every young person employed in groups of Social Security for the 9 to 5 quote, both inclusive.
Module C: grant will amount to 500 euros a month by each youth hired in groups of Social Security from 4 to 1 quote, both inclusive.
Date of application: until December 31, 2015.
