Employment @ young<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Object and action initiatives<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. the program Emple@Joven, as the first phase of implementation of the Andalusian youth guarantee system, aims to improve the employability of the Andalusian young people in order to reduce existing downtime between the completion of their training period or the beginning of the unemployment situation and the effective performance of a job.<\/li>\n
  2. the implementation of the Emple@Joven programme ensures that the Andalusian employment service within a maximum period of six months from your enrollment in the program, offers to the young person, the participation in some of the initiatives that integrate it or how many others are implemented in employment by the Government of Andalusia.<\/li>\n
  3. the Emple@Joven programme is integrated by the following initiatives for action:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    (a) active youth employment.<\/p>\n

    (b) Social and Community cooperation for the promotion of the employment of young.<\/p>\n

    (c) internships in companies.<\/p>\n

    (d) youth employment bonus.<\/p>\n

    (e) grants for the development of r &amp; d projects.<\/p>\n

    Individuals and beneficiary entities<\/h2>\n

    1 may be beneficiaries of aid regulated by this title young persons, the<\/p>\n

    universities, municipalities and people and employing entities.<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. for the purposes of this title, shall be considered young person that, at the date of entry into<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      force, meets the following requirements:<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. to) have an age range between 18 and 29 years old, both inclusive.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        (b) be registered in the autonomous community of Andalusia.<\/p>\n

        Initiative active youth employment<\/h2>\n

        The \u00abinitiative @mprende +\u00bb is aimed at financing of the notary expenses and register derived from the Constitution in Andalusia of a company in the legal form of limited liability company or limited partnership new company thus facilitating the creation of companies free of charge.<\/p>\n

        Object<\/strong><\/h2>\n

        Within the framework of the Emple@Joven program, as the first phase of implementation of the system of Andalusian youth guarantee and, in order to improve the employability of young people, approves the initiative active employment young, medium for participation in the initiatives regulated in terms of employment, through an individualized action plan that optimizes their skills and qualifications.<\/p>\n

        Definition<\/h2>\n

        The initiative enables employment young is defined as the set of actions that are individualized for the activation of the young people, their tutoring and personalized follow-up through methodological, material and human resources specialized in the attention to youth.<\/p>\n

        Implementation of the initiative active youth employment<\/h2>\n
          \n
        1. the procedure for participation in the initiative active employment young will take place in two phases:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          (a) first phase: development of an individualised action plan and signing of a personal commitment to activity. This phase will take place within a maximum period of one month from its registration in the initiative.<\/p>\n

          Individualized action plan will include, according to the profile of the young person, the proposal for its participation in other initiatives contained in the Emple@Joven program, or few others are implemented in the field of employment by the Government of Andalusia.<\/p>\n

          The personal commitment of activity is an agreement of mutual and shared responsibility, between the young person and the Andalusian employment service.<\/p>\n

          (b) second phase: within a maximum period of six months after enrollment in the program, young person will receive the offer of participation in some other initiatives included in the employment program @ young.<\/p>\n

            \n
          1. the Andalusian employment service will conduct a tutoring and personalised follow-up of persons involved in the initiative active employment young.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Amount of aid and incentivables expenses<\/h2>\n
              \n
            1. it will boost 100% of the total cost of the notary expenses and register at the maximum amount set in current notarial tariffs that are applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
