These grants are aimed at promoting investments and expenditure in r & d, and improve the competitiveness of the regional business, through technological innovation, the innovation of production processes, supports to SMEs for consulting services that facilitate access to tax incentives derived from the development of actions in r & d promote the elaboration of plans for innovation and participation of SMEs in national and European programmes in this field, as well as innovation support services.<\/p>\n
1. this programme includes the following lines of grant:<\/p>\n
(a) line of technological innovation. Three types of projects are included as eligible within this line:<\/p>\n
1st. Experimental development projects, involving the acquisition, combination, configuration and use of knowledge<\/p>\n
and techniques of nature scientific, technological, business, or other areas with a view to the development of products, processes, or new or improved services, the conceptual definition, planning and documentation of new products, processes and services, as well as prototyping, demonstration, the development of pilot projects, testing and validation of products, processes or services that are new or improved in environments representative of actual operating conditions in order to incorporate new technical improvements to products, processes or services.<\/p>\n
2nd. Projects feasibility studies, involving the assessment and analysis of the potential of the projects of experimental development, in order to support the process of decision-making in an objective and rational, discovering their points of strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, determining the resources needed to carry it out, and their prospects for success.<\/p>\n
3rd. The projects promoted for the protection and defence of the rights of industrial property which may arise from the experimental development projects.<\/p>\n
(b) line of process innovation. This line includes how eligible: innovation projects in the field of process consisting in the application of a method of production or supply new, or significantly improved, including significant changes in techniques, equipment or software.<\/p>\n
(c) line of innovation support services. Within this line are included as eligible projects<\/p>\n
aimed at improving the quality of products, processes or services of companies, that make them more<\/p>\n
effective.<\/p>\n
(d) line of consulting services to SMEs. Three types of projects are included as eligible within this line:<\/p>\n
1st. The projects for the development of innovation plans, which increase the capacities and abilities of companies for the management of innovation and adaptation to the needs of the markets.<\/p>\n
2nd. Projects which facilitate access to tax deductions for r & d activities to enterprises.<\/p>\n
3rd. Projects that promote individual or collaborative participation of companies, national and European r & d programs.<\/p>\n
Actions or eligible projects through this program will be lower than the minimum limit of $ 3,000 investment, not exceed the maximum limit of 300,000 euros.<\/p>\n
The period of execution of the activity object of subsidy, and compliance with the imposed conditions will have a maximum duration of 10 months counting from the day following the notification of the award decision.<\/p>\n
Until 6 July 2015.<\/p>\n
