Objective:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Is the objective of the call grant aid to companies from Valencia to hiring full time of technicians specialized in foreign trade incorporated in their departments and international exports, with the aim of support and promote their internationalisation processes.<\/p>\n

Eligible actions:<\/strong><\/p>\n

3.1 project refers to the hiring of personnel specialized in foreign trade for its incorporation to the International Department of the company in order to develop an internationalization plan in the same. The contract of employment must be already subscribed at the time of the filing of the application and not be prior to January 1, 2015.<\/p>\n

In any case the contracts may consist in the establishment and operation of networks of distribution abroad.<\/p>\n

3.2 eligible costs may not simultaneously receiving aid within the framework of this call and others from other administrations. For verification must produce a responsible statement as to other aid received for the same eligible costs, referred to in item 6.3.4, and available in the Internet address of the IVACE http:\/\/www.ivace.es.<\/p>\n

3.3. the implementation of the projects should prevent slippage in any case the principle of non-discrimination on grounds of sex, race, origin, ethnic, religion, belief, disability, age or sexual orientation, and must provide – or at least not impede accessibility for persons with disabilities.<\/p>\n

3.4. the project support object should execute in the context of sustainable development and promoting the protection and improvement of the environment.<\/p>\n

3.5. the applicant companies may submit a maximum of two requests in this call.<\/p>\n

The help features and eligible costs:<\/strong><\/p>\n

5.1. the assistance will consist of a grant to fund lost about the cost of the annual net salary of staff in foreign trade hired by the beneficiary SMEs.<\/p>\n

The maximum aid intensity is 60% of the amount of the net annual salary with a maximum amount of grant of 18,000 euros for each one of the signed contracts.<\/p>\n

Companies may apply for grants for the formalization of a second contract call, but its lease is conditional to the existence of sufficient credit after the granting of aid to other companies which was granted them help for the first contract, and always respect the limits provided in paragraph 5.3 of this call.<\/p>\n

Contracts will have a minimum duration of 12 months and contracted staff shall perform technical functions in enterprise internationalization.<\/p>\n

5.2. the eligible cost will be the annual net salary paid by the beneficiary company technical staff in foreign trade contracted during the eligible period. The monthly net salary of each contract will be a minimum of 1,250 euros. Covered current expenditure linked to the export activity are not considered.<\/p>\n
