{"id":6938,"date":"2015-09-04T07:00:01","date_gmt":"2015-09-04T07:00:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/joseg128.sg-host.com\/?p=2965"},"modified":"2015-09-04T07:00:01","modified_gmt":"2015-09-04T07:00:01","slug":"public-guarantees-for-business-financing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/partners.es\/web2023\/public-guarantees-for-business-financing\/","title":{"rendered":"Public guarantees for business financing"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Objective:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This decree aims to establish a special programme of concession of public guarantees to companies or groups of companies in the autonomous community of the Basque country with special emphasis on the maintenance of the industrial fabric and employment, allowing the latter obtain bank financing to cover working capital needs, and regulate the conditions and the procedure of access to it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eligible events:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-Investment projects, orders or contracts for whose execution are configured partnerships or business initiatives in common, resulting in opening up new markets and reposition the Basque business sector at the international level.<\/p>\n<p>-Investment projects, orders or contracts obtained by companies that already have implemented restructuring measures and that the project, order or contract involves a plan for improvement and consolidation and development of the employment.<\/p>\n<p>-Investment projects, orders or contracts with an effect significant percentages of the Basque business direct tractor.<\/p>\n<p>-Investment projects, orders or contracts that incorporate reasonable payment arrangements with its chain of companies involved, thus avoiding moving to these bad practices of payment and consequent financial suffocation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>It claims endorsement:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.-the financial guarantees granted on the basis of the present Decree shall cash the beneficiary companies to financial institutions risks arising from financing operations necessary for the execution of investment projects, orders or contracts which are the subject of support.<\/p>\n<p>2.-the amount of the guarantee shall be, in General, 30% of the nominal value of financial operation linked to the investment project, order or contract. The endorsement will extend maximum to the guaranteed nominal amount and a maximum of 6 months of interest of this amount.<\/p>\n<p>3.-the term of the guarantee as general criteria shall be 24 months, being able to exceed this period in cases where the viability or duration of the investment project, order or contract justify it.<\/p>\n<p>4.-guarantees shall bear interests at a Commission of endorsement or annual premium in favour of the Basque Government, not to apply any Commission or additional expense. This amount will be assessed, in advance, on each anniversary of the formalization of the operation&#8217;s endorsement on the outstanding balance of the guaranteed financial
