Object<\/strong><\/p>\n

The purpose of this order is the approval, by the year 2015, aid for the acquisition of new equipment that complies with the regulations in force and the scrapping of machinery replaced during the term of the IV Plan Director of prevention of risks labour of the community of Madrid 2013-2016, and 2017 if extension of the validity of the same as regulated in the order 14167\/2014, August 19, the Department of employment, tourism and culture, by which the regulatory basis, approve posted in the Bulletin official of the MADRID number 214, on September 9, 2014, as amended by the order of 1012 \/ 2015, of 3 March.<\/p>\n

Purpose of the aid<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. the purpose of the aid is to promote the acquisition of new equipment that meets the specifications set forth in the Royal Decree 1644 \/ 2008 of 10 October, whereby the rules for marketing and implementation in service of the machines, and promoting the scrapping of existing machinery, with the aim of achieving a high degree of modernization of production equipment in accordance with the regulations in force thus reducing accidents on working hours with low in the associated material agent corresponds to a machine or work team.<\/li>\n
  2. subsidies will be awarded only once, while fit duplicity in case of successive transmissions of the machine.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Eligible investments<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1 will be eligible investments those aimed at the acquisition of new equipment, installed in the work centres located in the community of fixed capital Madrid, under the terms and specifications laid down in article 4 of the order 14167\/2014 August 19, the Minister of employment, tourism and culture, having to prove, in any case, by the company that the machinery to replace has belonged to it since before December 31, 2005 and has been used in the community of Madrid prior to that date.<\/p>\n

    Also to remove machinery may not be used in any production process or partial or fully both in-house as in any other company.<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. the subject of grant activities must be performed in the period of validity of the corresponding call.<\/li>\n
    2. it is considered eligible investment for the purposes of the calculation of subsidies, net worth, once deducted the value added tax, of expenditures credited to concept of new machinery. Discounts and similar, included or not in the Bill, area lower value of purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      The amount received by the beneficiary for the scrapping of old machinery, the seller of machinery or of a third party, is included or not on the invoice of purchase of the new equipment, he is considered a discount on the total value and therefore should be taken into account to establish the net value.<\/p>\n

      Characteristics and amount of subsidies<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. subsidies which are regulated by these rules are of the mode of cash delivery without payment, and will be implemented in the form of grants with the characteristics and amount referred to in article 5 of the order 14167\/2014, 19 ofAugust, the Minister of employment, tourism and culture, which was approved the regulatory basis.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        2 supports this programme will be implemented in the form of subsidies amounting to 40 per 100 of eligible expenses, accredited in respect of acquisition of new equipment, amounting to a maximum of 12,000 euros for each new machine acquired and 14,000 euros as maximum per company and calendar year.<\/p>\n

        Investments to make and justify by applicants must achieve a minimum amount of 1,000 euros, VAT excluded.<\/p>\n

        3 are excluded from incentive those acquisitions of new equipment which are not carried out in accordance with the above requirements, as well as those not be accompanied by the documentation referred to in article 9, prior requirement to the person concerned for their contribution or correction by the collaborating institution in the terms laid down in that article, and in particular:<\/p>\n

        (a) the acquisition of used equipment.<\/p>\n

        (b) equipment for the control of the Thermo-hygrometric conditions.<\/p>\n

        (c) the purchase of vehicles intended for the transport of persons and goods, as well as their accessories and spare parts.<\/p>\n
