Object:<\/strong><\/p>\n

These rules are intended to regulate the granting of subsidies from the ‘programme to promote collaboration between business and competitive intelligence in enterprises’ in the following fields of action whose specific rules are laid down in annexes II and III:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. a) annex II: development of inter-firm partnerships.<\/li>\n
  2. b) Annex III: developing competitive intelligence in enterprises.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Percentages and maximum amounts of subsidies:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    5.1 aid may reach 75% of the eligible costs with the exception of aid aimed at developing actions that are aimed at the companies specified in the Base 3 of the annex III to this agreement that may reach 100% of the eligible cost awareness and awareness in the field of competitive intelligence.<\/p>\n

    Develop of inter-firm partnerships<\/em><\/p>\n

    Performances subject of grant:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Eligible actions will consist in the development of projects and experimentation to:<\/p>\n

    -Design models of business cooperation;<\/p>\n

    -Articulate new business dimensions;<\/p>\n

    -Facilitate the return of productive activities to Gipuzkoa (Reshoring) previously subcontracted, transferred and\/or developed outside the Basque country by Guipuzcoan companies; and,<\/p>\n

    -Develop cooperation involving greater competitiveness and sustainability of the companies that collaborate projects.<\/p>\n

    Develop the competitive intelligence in enterprises<\/em><\/p>\n

    Performances subject of grant:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Eligible actions will consist in the development of projects for:<\/p>\n

    (-Incorporate and\/or develop dynamics of competitive intelligence in their organizations, in the case of entities referred to in 2.1 base to).<\/p>\n

    (-Develop actions involving increased awareness and awareness in the field of competitive intelligence aimed at enterprises, in the case of entities referred to in 2.1 base b).<\/p>\n
