Objectives:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Aid aim the training of doctors in enterprises by co-financing the employment contracts of research trainees involved in a project of industrial research or experimental development that takes place in the company in which he framed his dissertation, in order to promote the employment of researchers in companies since the beginning of their careers, contribute to the employability of researchers and promoting the incorporation of talent in the productive sector to increase its competitiveness.
\nThe project of industrial research or experimental development can run entirely in the company or in collaboration between the company and another entity, public or private.
\n2. The maximum amount allocated to this action, referred to in Article 9 will reserve a maximum amount of 70,000 euros for hiring persons with a disability equal to or greater than 50 percent. The amount not covered by this shift
\nreserve accrue to shift generally accessible.<\/p>\n

Subsidies:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Aid will last four years. The starting date for calculating the aid shall be within the deadline for the submission of contracts referred to in Article 46.1.
\nWhen the incorporation of research staff to the workplace occurs after the date of publication of the decision granting the aid will commence his term from the effective date of incorporation of hired their workplace. \n3. Aid understand three concepts: support for the funding of contracts, support for stays in institutions conducting R & D and aid to cover the costs of enrollment in doctoral courses.<\/p>\n

The aid must be applied to carry out R & D projects of industrial research or experimental development leading to a doctoral thesis on issues of interest and relevance to the company and forming part of a line of research developed by the company if the proposed activities are new or involve an improvement, expansion or performance of an investigation or research line that the company would not carry out as part of its ordinary activities of R & D, must justify its need and request the incentive effect of the aid.
\nThese grants only co-finance costs related to jobs that are located in Spain hiring.
\nThe aid corresponding to the last annuity shall be authorized only if the labor contract to the annuity be indefinite.
\n5. With regard to support for the realization of stays, 2,400 euros aid will be authorized for each contract, for the financing of stays, carried out by these researchers, R & D entities different investigator to which they are attached to so that such staff may carry out training activities to promote the development of the research project and \/ or dissertation. On the justifiable expense set forth below shall apply the aid intensity contained in the award decision.
\nThe rooms can be made in other R & D institutions, public or private, including companies, foreign or Spanish. However, the stay can not be performed in the state in which it is tutorizando doctoral or, in the case of collaborative projects, the entity with which it collaborates thesis. Each room should have a minimum duration of one month and a maximum of three months, and its implementation will be within the period of implementation of assistance.<\/p>\n

Requirements of the proposed candidates.
\nThe candidates on applications must meet the following requirements:
\na) Be willing to be enrolled or accepted into a doctoral program for the academic year 2016\/2017, at the time of concluding the contract in accordance with Article 46.
\nb) not have been employed by any entity requesting the assistance of this action or with any shareholder or socially linked with it before 18 March 2015. In the case of companies ‘spin-off’ and JEIs, shall not apply this requirement if the employment relationship has remained an institution of R & D public or private nonprofit that a shareholder or in the capital of the new company.
\nc) Not having a stake in the capital of the entity requesting the assistance or other equity related or socially with the same capacity involving cash, direct or indirect control of the entity.
\nd) not be a candidate in the application of more than one entity.
\ne) No aid have enjoyed for a period exceeding 12 months, under any of the State or National Plan for Scientific Research, Development and Technological Innovation, aimed at the predoctoral training through the development of a thesis Doctoral (PhD contracts to aid for the training of doctors, training aids -FPI- research personnel, aid for training university teachers -FPU-, aid for the development of doctoral theses of the \u00abBoard of Advanced Studies\u00bb CSIC-JAE-Predoc, aid for training of research personnel in agribusiness -FPI-INIA, predoctoral training aids -PFIS- health research, etc.).
\nf) Not being in possession of a PhD degree for any Spanish or foreign university.<\/p>\n
