The Department of Economic Development and Competitiveness in accordance with the objectives of the Energy Policy of the Basque Government is to contribute, through public momentum necessary to increase \u00abefficiency in energy consumption and thus to achieving<\/p>\n

a more competitive, sustainable and secure energy system. By decreasing the environmental impact, require less energy for consumption or production and reduce dependence on external energy resources.<\/p>\n

Therefore, with the primary objective of promoting actions aimed at the saving and energy efficiency and use of renewable energy facilities and office buildings in the industrial sector located in the territory of the Basque Country (hereinafter \u00abBAC\u00bb) is publishing this Program Helps Investment in Energy Efficiency in the Industrial Sector (hereinafter \u00abAid Programme\u00bb).<\/p>\n

\u00abInvestment aid aimed at energy efficiency measures.\u00bb<\/p>\n

\u00abInvestment aid intended for high efficiency cogeneration ‘.<\/p>\n

\u00abInvestment aid for the promotion of energy from renewable sources\u00bb.<\/p>\n

\u00abInvestment aid for district heating and cooling energy efficient.\u00bb<\/p>\n

\u00abAid for environmental studies.\u00bb<\/p>\n

Eligible facts.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. a) Renewal of auxiliary equipment and improvements in energy facilities, by implementing measures such as replacing compressors, boilers, burners, engines, furnaces, insulation systems fluid distribution (heat and cold), lighting systems inside ships, outdoor lighting, installation of waste heat utilization, etc .., so that using high-efficiency technologies, evidencing a significant reductionenergy consumption.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The adoption of control systems and energy management are also included.<\/p>\n

    1. b) Energy rehabilitation of the thermal envelope of existing office buildings industrial plants, having to prove a significant reduction in energy consumption and consequent environmental improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Rehabilitation may take place on the facade \/ s, indoor \/ s, etc., but should not assume extensions heated spaces or lead change in the use or activity thereof.<\/p>\n

      1. c) Renewal of energy facilities in existing office buildings for other industrial plants using high-efficiency technologies, although they must prove a significant reduction in energy consumption and consequent environmental improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. d) New cogeneration facilities energy efficient, with the aim of producing combined heat and power.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          For this purpose, shall be eligible facilities conducting activities listed in Directive 2012\/27 \/ EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2012 on energy efficiency by Directives amending 2009\/125 \/ EC and 2010\/30 \/ EC and Directives 2004\/8 \/ EC and 2006\/32 \/ EC is repealed.<\/p>\n

          1. e) comprehensive energy audits energy efficiency in manufacturing SMEs (Group C according to NCEA).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Integral Energy Audits will also be admitted in office buildings industrial plants, although in this case it is required that the set of buildings object of the action has a minimum limit of 100 tep \/ year of primary energy demand.<\/p>\n

            1. f) Implementation of Energy Management Systems based on the UNE-EN-ISO 50001 for all activity on the industrial site.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                The performances of this section will have a support of 20% of eligible costs.<\/p>\n

                  The performances of this section will have a support of 20% of eligible costs.<\/p>\n

                  1. c) Renewal of energy facilities in office buildings existing industrial plants<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    The performances of this section will have a support of 20% of eligible costs. AND<\/p>\n

                    1. d) New cogeneration facilities<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      The performances of this section will have a support of 20% of eligible costs.<\/p>\n
