Recruitment of technologists

Object

The purpose of these grants is young people with qualifications to improve their training through participation, as technologists, in projects I+D+i developed by companies, technology centres, research organizations and universities.

Procurement subject of grant

1 shall grant the hiring of people who meet the following requirements at the time in which it takes place recruitment, for their participation as technologists in r & d projects:

(a) have an age less than 30 years, except for recruitment of doctors whose age must be less than 35 years.

(b) reside in Navarra.

(c) be registered as jobseeker in the Navarre employment service.

(d) be in possession of any of the following qualifications:

(i) university degrees: doctorate, Bachelor’s degree, engineering, architecture, degree, diploma, engineering or architecture

Technique.

(ii) vocational training of top grade.

Eligible expenditure and amount of aid

1. it will subsidize 80% of the wage costs of the contract, including the contributions to Social Security, with the following maximum according to the contracting entity and the Group of contributions for Social Security in which frame is the contract:

(a) in the case of large companies, technology centres, research institutions and universities: 16,000 euros for contracts of Group 1’s quote, 13,000 euros for the Group 2’s quote and 11,000 euros for the Group of listing 3-7.

(b) in the case of medium-sized enterprises (as defined in recommendation 2003/361/EC of 6 May 2003 Commission): 20,000 euros for contracts of Group 1’s quote, 17,000 euros for the Group 2’s quote and 15,000 euros for the Group of listing 3-7.

2. applicants may get extra help, in which case the highs of the previous paragraph, can be overcome when inyour template exists:

-Presence balanced women and men, i.e., when persons of each sex does not exceed 60% or be less than 40% of the total of the workers. In this case, eligibility for aid will increase by 1,000 euros.

-A presence greater than 2% of workers with a degree of disability equal to or greater than 33%. Such aid eligibility are

increase in 1,000 euros.

 

Economic resources are €1,500,000.
