Objective:
Which is intended to the award of grants for projects of research, development and innovation through cooperation between small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and recognized research groups.
Eligible events:
4.ª.1. They are considered eligible activities projects of research, development and innovation developed by companies having their registered office and a hub of activity in the province of Zaragoza, excluded capital, in collaboration with researchers from the renowned research groups.
4.ª.2. Means for research, development and innovation projects those related to these areas that have intended:
4.ª.2.1. The generation of new knowledge that might be useful for the creation of a new product, process or service, or contribute to the improvement of any existing.
4.ª.2.2. Acquire, merge or use knowledge and existing techniques of nature scientific, technological or business or otherwise, with a view to develop plans for the design of products, processes or services new, modified or improved.
4.ª.2.3. The application of a method of production, new or improved, including significant changes in technology, equipment, or computer programming.
4.ª.3. Projects must be feasible and involve a financial commitment picked up through a contract signed between the company and the agency that owns the renowned research group.
Eligible expenditure:
12.ª.1. Eligible expenses those carried out for the implementation of the project beyond respond to their nature and object, that are strictly necessary, are not greater than the market value and are made to the lead time are considered. In concrete will be considered eligible expenditure:
-Consulting expenses.
-The cost of the contract of partnership
-The cost of raw materials, material and instrumental.
-The cost of the own and contracted personnel of the company.
-The cost of external collaboration to obtain technical expertise, or controls of laboratories or similar.
-Costs associated with obtaining or validation of patents, market price.
-The costs of dissemination of the project results.
-Indirect costs.
Lead time:
The I+D+i projects that are selected and subsidized through this Plan will be implemented from January 1 to December 31, 2015.
