Performances of revitalization of international character ‘Europe research’ within the State program of challenges. These actions have as object to increase the number of coordinators espanolesparticipantes in projects financed by the future calls for the H2020, through the granting of aid to finance the expenses for the preparation and presentation of new proposals of PIP projects in transnational collaboration led by Spanish research groups and are directed to the calls of the H2020 for research and innovation within the pillars of «Social challenges» and «Industrial leadership»; shares of exchange of personnel funded under the actions Marie Sklodowska-Curie RISE and ITN and the ERC supports type «Starting», «Consolidator» and «Advanced». These proposals must be led by Spanish institutions and have a high percentage of Spanish participation.
Purpose
The aid referred to in these proceedings are intended to promote and improve Spanish participation in European initiatives in science and technology, in particular the H2020 and specifically:
- (a) increase the participation of all the agents of the Spanish system in international programmes and projects.
- (b) facilitate the coordination and leadership of major projects H2020.
- (c) improve the success and rate of return achieved by the beneficiary entities in H2020 about 7 PM.
- (d) to promote excellence and internationalization of the research staff of the executing agencies of IDI.
- (e) to support access to H2020 Spanish entities without previous experience.
- (f) facilitate the implementation of the objectives of participation set out in the strategic plans of internationalization of the beneficiary entities.
Beneficiaries
Beneficiaries of aid may be following legal persons non-profit which are validly constituted and have fiscal domicile in Spain:
- public bodies of research, science, technology and innovation.
- public universities and their colleges universities private capacity and proven activity in ID.
- other public centers of ID. Public bodies and centres with its own legal personality dependent or related to the General Administration of the State, and the dependent linked to territorial Governments and their agencies, or participated mainly by the public sector, what ever their legal form.
- institutions and health institutions public and private, non-profit, related or concerted with the national health system that develop research activity.
- health research institutes.
- public and private entities non-profit making activity of ID, defined in the statutes as main activity, and generate scientific and technological knowledge.
- technology centres of State-level and State-level technological innovation support centres.
In accordance with article 11.2 of the law 382003, of November 17, the entities associated with the beneficiary who undertake to carry out part or all of the activities that underlie the granting of the subsidy on behalf and on account of this, and can also impute expenditure.
Features of the proceedings
Supports this call object finance costs necessary for the preparation and presentation of new proposals, coordinated by Spanish investigators targeting the H2020 requests.
The investigator acting as Director or principal responsible guardian may submit a single application in this call.
The expected proposal for H2020 that is included in the application must have a budget requested by the set of participating Spanish entities that must exceed to €2,000,000 or 35 of the total requested by the European Consortium in the international call.
Each of the aid granted may cover totally or partially the budget provided for a maximum of 25,000 euros in research and innovation and actions Marie Sklodowska-Curie RISE and ITN proposals; and 10,000 euros in the proposals for individual projects to the ERC to present in the H2020 calls.
