Object, purpose and amounts:
1. This resolution is intended to make the squad for the 2015 budget year, under the simplified procedure of competition, the aid referred to in the Order of 06.04.2014, the Ministry of Employment and the Economy, the the regulatory bases for granting aid to promote job creation for the indefinite recruitment of workers in Castilla-La Mancha are set, and the call for grant approved under the 2014 budget year.
2. Through this call the actions referred to in Article 2 of the Order of 06.04.2014, the Ministry of Employment and the Economy in the amounts and the reductions and increases referred to in Article 7 of the subsidized to the effects of the present resolution Annex V, comprehensive categories or related sectors characterized by intensive use of new technologies and in the application process research and development (R & D) is incorporated professions.
3. This resolution shall apply to those contracts, which meet the requirements of the Order of 04.06.2014, made from the December 1, 2014, until November 30, 2015.
Beneficiaries and requirements to apply for grants:
1. The following may be beneficiaries of this aid companies, whether natural or legal persons, labor associations or cooperatives, joint ownership, civil societies and non-profit entities that procure in workers with the conditions Order of 04.06.2014, the Ministry of Employment and the Economy.
2. To access the status of beneficiary applicants must meet the following requirements:
a) Have the address of the workplace where recruitment in Castilla-La Mancha is made.
b) Be up to date in compliance with tax and Social Security obligations.
c) Not be subject to the individual, the directors of the companies or those that are legally representing other legal persons in any of the cases of incompatibility.
d) to have, a plan of prevention of occupational hazards.
e) Not have been sanctioned under administrative firm judgment or sentence for the commission of serious or very serious infringements in the prevention of occupational hazards in the year preceding the application.
f) not be subject to any of the circumstances described in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Article 13 of Law 38/2003 of November 17, General Grant.
g) Not to have made extinctions of employment contracts for objective reasons or disciplinary dismissals that have been judicially declared one or the other as irrelevant and not carrying out collective dismissals, suspensions of contracts or reduced working hours, within six months before the contract for which aid is requested. In any event, the limitation will only affect the coverage of the same post concerned for the same work center or workplace.
h) That permanent contracts for which assistance is requested involves a net increase of employment of the company fixed relative to the template in the ninety days prior to hiring, excluding voluntary redundancies.
To calculate this increase, the average daily permanent workers during the period of ninety days prior to the new contracting or conversion, calculated as the quotient obtained by dividing the sum of ninety contracts indefinite they shall refer to they were high in the company in each of the ninety days immediately preceding the new hire or transformation.
This ratio must be lower than the number of existing permanent contracts on hiring or transformation.

Financing grants:
1. The amount of credit for the financing of subsidies planned for this call amounts to 1,392,700 euros, financed with own and distributed among the following finalists applications budgetary funds:
– Private businesses. Permanent hiring men: 800,000 euros.
– Private businesses. Permanent hiring women: 370,000 euros.
