Objectives:
This call aims at supporting the implementation of projects and/or actions aimed at promoting cooperation in the process of internationalization of small and medium-sized enterprises Alava, as well as cooperation between Alava companies for joint departure abroad, through the award of grants on a competitive basis
When the company does not have assigned code contribution account in any regime of the Social security system, all members of the company must be abreast of Social Security.
Eligible events:
1) eligible actions that indubitativa way are contributing to the implementation underway cooperation business for the INTERNATIONALISATION projects, such as technical, commercial and financial cooperation or other areas with companies from other countries, as well as cooperation between companies in Alava for your joint abroad departure: joint and coordinated participation means business for the international cooperation , of at least two SMEs Alava, in the same project of internationalization
Eligible activities may include:
- a) SMEs in cooperation: processes of collaboration between Alava SMEs for their internationalization (both in its initial phase and the access to new markets)
Development of strategic plans for internationalization of studies of market, technical-economic viability, marketing, etc.
Advice on legal, legal, fiscal, financial aspects, etc.
Certificates and technical approvals of product in local markets
(b) entities tractors: tractor advice to SMEs by the entity, in its plans of external openness and approach to new markets and activities
Support to actions of inter-business cooperation, such as foreign market access strategy
Accompaniment of the entity tractor to SMEs in their approach to new markets and its diversification action
Access to platforms from international architecture
Actions linked to potential allies or partners and international partners of Alava companies trade missions
In general, those actions that are geared to support the opening of Alava SMEs abroad
(c) non-profit entities: prospecting missions and/or commercial
Demonstrations or international promotions of products
Support to actions of inter-firm cooperation between associated companies, such as foreign market access strategy
(2) projects aimed at access to contests or international bidding processes: this section will only be eligible prior identification and formation of consortia activities to enter contests or international tenders
Requirements and procedure for management of new hires:
6.1 new hires subsidized under this aid programme must meet the following requirements:
-be of technical staff, with university training in international management (degree, degree, master post degree, University post specialization courses with a minimum of three hundred hours.) and for the development of work and tasks directly linked to the internationalization project funded. Such training must have been acquired in the last five years.
-the person to hire does not have relationship of consanguinity or affinity of first or second degree with management of the company or entity, which has residence in Álava, with not less than one year old.
-They shall comply with the conditions laid down in the Convention of the enterprise application. In any case, the monthly gross remuneration, regardless of contribution to Social security by the company, may not be less to 1,200 euros.
-have not less than six months full-time, under the contractual forms deemed appropriate company or beneficiary, in accordance with labour legislation.
-the contracted person can do their job outside the Centre of the company in Alava and in the country or geographic area of destination where the approved project of internationalization to develop.
-will not affect in a reduction of staff in departments that develop the internationalisation project, except for reasons founded and justified, in accordance with labour legislation.
-There must be correspondence between services or functions that the person contracted and the group or the bases of Social security contributions.
6.2 new hires grant object must be performed during the first three months since the start of the project.
6.3 management of the procurement procedure.
Geographical areas of special action:
7.1 refers to geographical areas of special attention those where, analyzed the actions of international promotion developed by the whole of the Basque institutions, it is necessary to make a specific promotional effort, either for your interest to the Alava productive fabric, its potential for economic development, an under-representation
Alava companies or a search for greater geographical diversification.
7.2. the geographical areas of special attention in this call will be the United States, India, North Africa, Middle East and Oceania.
Amount:
9.1. the AIDS referred to in this agreement will materialize through grants, with the following breakdown and percentages:
- a) SMEs included in an international collaborative project involving two or more undertakings Alava: 60 per cent of the eligible project.
(b) entities driven leaders of an international cooperation project: 80 per cent of the eligible budget.
((c) beneficiaries included in article 3.1. c): 60% of the eligible budget.
9.2. the recruitment of new personnel, under the terms of article 5, have a grant of up to 30 per cent of the wage cost gross, including the costs of the social security of the beneficiary entity, with a maximum of € 6000.00 per contract per year. The recruitment of women in the departments involved in internationalization projects approved through this call for proposals will have a maximum of 6.600,00 euros subsidy per contract per year. These subsidies shall be compatible with those that may exist for new hires by other public administrations, up to a maximum of 80 per cent of the total cost of the contracts. The accrual of the right to the grant will occur with the formalization of the contract of employment and their approval by the service of economic development.
9.3 the following are set to grant maximum limits:
(a) for projects in cooperation led by an entity tractor
-15,000 euros per beneficiary, project per year for expenses of new hires.
-120,000 euros per project per year, without considering hiring
-240,000 euros in total grant per beneficiary per year, that is would add the grant by hiring.
(b) for projects in cooperation of SMEs or entities without profit (article 4.c)
-10,000 euros per project per year for expenses of new hires.
-40,000 euros per project per year, regardless of contracts
(c) for competition or international bidding projects
-6,600 euros per project per year for expenses of new hires.
-10,000 euros per project per year, regardless of contracts
9.4. in the event that the requesting entity has been beneficiary in other programs of the direction of economic development supports projects of a similar nature to those approved under this programme, the eligible basis will adjust in order to not exceed the maximum limits laid down in this regulation.
9.5. so the project can be eligible is set as minimum amount of grant to be awarded, the amount of 1.500,00 euros.
