The Basque Foundation for Science has launched a new call offering 15 scholarships for postdoctoral researchers contract within the Basque research institutions (university, cooperative, research centers…).
This call is funded by 7º PM; at least 75% of the seats will be awarded to candidates who meet the criteria of international mobility of Marie Curie.
- Applicants must have completed their doctorate between 01/01/2005 and 31/12/2012.
- 5 year contract. During the early years of scholarship, the outcome of the investigation should be increasing with the work of scholarship and should be able to acquire the skills needed for a leading role in research.
- Acceptance letter from the host institution is required.
- Gross Annual Salary of the grant is € 32,500. The corresponding annual net income after taxes, SS and medical coverage will be approximately € 25,000.
- The evaluation committee will consider only the strongest candidates with strong leadership skills and a record of outstanding research.
- Can only submit to a call for Ikerbasque.
They are scholarships funded by the Basque Government, the European Commission and the center where the researcher will develop its research.
