In the framework of the collaboration agreement to support the participation of companies from both countries in international r & d projects, it will make a joint call for proposals within the Eureka programme, in which both organizations are national management agencies.
The projects must have the following characteristics:
Eureka projects are characterized by having as a result a product, process, or innovative service oriented market consequence of technological cooperation of participants.
The project must have participants from both countries and should be relevant for all partners (no country should have more than 70% of the budget).
It allows projects to make use of any technological area and applicable to any sector of the market
The results should be civil purpose
The budget must be consistent to make developments and capacity technical/financial participants.
Participants must sign a consortium agreement specifying the rights and obligations of the parties regarding carried out development and the possible rights of intellectual property, exploitation and commercialization of the results.
This call allows to select and finance projects of r & d collaboration between companies of the two countries and is open to all sectors of the industry and, in particular, to the following:
- Agricultural technologies.
- Biotechnology and life sciences.
- Technologies clean (environment, energy, natural resources and water management).
- TIC´s (including e-health).
- Nanotechnologies.
Project duration: the duration of these projects can be from 12 to 36 months.
Project budget: bankable minimum budget will be in the order of €500,000, with a budget minimum per company will be € 175,000.
