The objective of the programme is to help businesses of Cantabria in the preparation of strategic plans for internationalization. Applicant companies must be participating or having participated in the ICEX-NEXT program of initiation to the export, of
This way companies have, through Sodercan, S. A., complementary support for the realization of plans of internationalization.
Description:
Shall be deemed susceptible of cash delivery without compensation costs of subcontracting, total or partial, of technical assistance services related to the preparation of a Strategic Plan for internationalization. Such a plan should include the following:
definition of mission and goals, the framework for action and geography co, analysis of the company, the market and the environment, diagnostic SWOT, as well as the concrete action plan with commercial actions to develop internationalisation.
Beneficiaries:
You can be the beneficiary of cash deliveries without consideration under this call any company, this is: entities which, independently of their legal form and individual exercises an economic activity and is validly constituted at the time of filing of the application. Also beneficiaries will be export consortia and associations or business groups (both with its own legal personality) that represent a group of Cantabrian companies.
To be able to be benefi ciaries of the same, applicants must comply with all the requirements of the legislation in force, in particular with the principles of article 13 of law 38/2003 of 17 November, General subsidies and regulation thereof, as well as with the principles of article 12 of the law 10/2006, of July 17 , grants of Cantabria.
In addition, applicants must meet the following requirements:
-That you have registered or workplace in the autonomous community of Cantabria.
-That they have been or are benefi t ciarias of the ICEX-NEXT program, provided they have completed mandatory counselling provided under the program. This point shall be verified by Sodercan, S. A., together with the Territorial Directorate of ICEX in Cantabria.
-That they are aware of their obligations fi scales and Social Security.
Any trade activity will be susceptible of cash delivery without payment to the retail and wholesale, or the activities of hospitality, real estate, fi nancial intermediation and construction and promotion of buildings, as well as the legal activities and accounting. It also includes any activity duty-free.
Amount:
The maximum intensity of cash deliveries without consideration for the provision of technical assistance shall be 100% of expenditure with a maximum of 7,000 euros.
