Object, purpose and award procedure:
The purpose of these grants is to create opportunities for entering the labor market by hiring practices of young unemployed workers in Castilla-La Mancha.
Eligible activities:
1. The eligible under this order the initial contracts in practice, full time or part time
a) Youth under 30, or under age 35 if they have recognized a degree of disability equal or superior to 33%, which, prior to the commencement of the employment relationship are unemployed and with a minimum age of three months uninterrupted.
b) Young people over 16 and under 25, or under 30 in the case of people with a degree equal to or greater than 33 percent disability.
2. The employment contract must be concluded with trainees who shall be in possession of a university degree or vocational training or higher level or equivalent qualifications officially recognized.
Grant amount:
1. amounting to 4,200 euros is established for each eligible contract to be held full time.
2. This amount will increase by 600 euros if the worker hired belong to one of the following groups:
a) Youth enrolled in the file of Castilla-La Mancha the National System of Youth Guarantee.
b) Women who perform an activity with lower rates of female employment.
c) Workers scope of sectors involved in the new model of productive economy and a priority in sectors and subsectors with the greatest potential for specialization of the Regional Strategy for Smart Specialisation of Castilla la Mancha RIS 3 characterized by intensive use of new technologies and the immediate implementation of the processes of research and development (R + D + i).
d) Workers have recognized a degree of disability equal or superior to 33%.
3. The amount referred to hiring full-time is minus, when hiring is done part-time, in proportion to the time contained in the employment contract in relation to a comparable full-time worker.
