Objective
This call aims at supporting the implementation of projects and / or actions aimed at promoting innovation in Álava, to contribute to economic modernization, increasing productivity and improving the competitiveness of productive Alava, by grants in a competitive basis.

Requirements management and process new hires:
5.1. The new contracts funded under the aid program must meet the following requirements:
– Be research personnel and / or technical and / or creative, to scholarship according to these categories and the development of jobs and tasks linked wholly or partly funded innovation project.
– That the person hired is not related by blood or affinity of first or second degree with the management team of the company or entity.
– Be adjusted to the working conditions established in the agreement for implementing the company.
– Have a duration of not less than six months full-time, under the contractual arrangements it deems appropriate company or beneficiary, according to the labor law.
– Shall not affect downsizing in departments that develop the innovation project, unless founded and justified reasons, according to the labor law.
– There should be correspondence between services or functions to provide the contracted person and the group or the contribution base for social security.
– Locate the new hire in a workplace of Alava, except for internationalization projects in which the hired person may perform their work in the geographic area of destination where the project is developed.
5.2. The new hires to be subsidized should be made in 2016 after the start of the project in accordance with the provisions of Article 5.3, and prior to September 30, 2016 inclusive.
5.3. Management procedure of recruitment in order to be considered eligible:
5.3.1. Companies and other entities must submit the grant application in its commitment to recruitment linked to innovation project.
5.3.2. Upon receiving the request, the Economic Development Service will contact the applicant organization to ratify the contract proposal meets the requirements of the aid program and to confirm the terms and conditions thereof. Applicants must submit the following documents:
– Proposal to hire people with your resume, of innovation project and contract conditions.

Rest: 50%
7.2. Hiring new personnel work (research and / or technical and / or creative), under the terms of Article 5 will have a subsidy of up to 30 percent of gross salary costs, including social security costs of the beneficiary, with a maximum of 3,000.00 euros per contract / year. The recruitment of women in the departments that perform
innovation projects approved under this call will be a maximum grant of 3,300.00 euros per contract / year.
7.3. The following are established as maximum grant:
– 10,000.00 euros per project per year for domestic spending, not counting new hires.
– 15,000.00 euros per project per year for external costs without new hires.
– EUR 9,900.00 for new hires per project per year.
– 20,000.00 euros per project per year, both for external projects with new hires and for internal projects including new hires.
– 30,000.00 euros total grant beneficiary and year.
