Aid for research and development (R & D) for Navarra companies are one of the instruments included in the Fourth Plan for Navarra Horizon 2015 Technology, approved by Government Agreement of January 15, 2014.
The purpose of these grants is to promote the execution of research and development (R & D) by companies with the aim of promoting technological dynamism, and also promote cooperation between companies and recruitment of generating institutions knowledge for the implementation of these projects, all aimed at achieving increased business competitiveness by encouraging investment in equity in projects.
1. The proposed R & D purpose of these grants must belong to one or more of the following categories defined in Article 2 of Regulation (EU) No. 651/2014 of the Commission on June 17, 2014:
a) Fundamental research.
b) Industrial Research.
c) Experimental Development.
2. They are eligible expenditure directly related to research and development.
Incentive effect and period of execution of the activity.
1. This aid must have an incentive effect, so companies can not start the eligible activities prior to submission of the application. However, they may carry out feasibility studies not included in the request for aid.
Therefore not eligible projects initiated before the date of application for aid.
2. The projects aim of this aid must be executed during 2015.
No extension for the implementation of the projects and for their justification is accepted.
The financial resources amounting to 7,800,000 euros.
