Encourage the stability of employment and indefinite contract

Purpose and scope:

  1. the present Decree is to regulate the procedure for granting direct subsidies to encourage the hiring indefi nida, through the following programs:

Programme I: encouraging indefinite hiring by small and medium-sized enterprises and private non-profit entities.

Programme II: Promotion of the indefinite hiring through the conversion of contracts fixed-term or indefinite temporary made by small and medium-sized enterprises and private non-profit entities.

  1. subsidies referred to in this Decree are designed, in its programme I, encouraging indefinite hiring initial, full time or part time, excluding contracts permanent-intermittent, people unemployed and registered as jobseekers in the public employment services, which is carried out by small and medium-sized enterprises in the private sector, including self-employed and mutual benefit, as well as private non-profit entities that they meet the requirements in this Decree to be beneficiaries.
  2. in the case of the II programme, the subsidies referred to in this decree aims to the promote the conversion of fixed-term or indefinite temporary contracts, carried out by small and medium-sized enterprises in the private sector, including self-employed and mutual benefit, as well as private non-profit, that meet the requirements of this Decree to be beneficiaries.
  3. subsidies referred to in the present Decree will be extended:

(a) in the program I: contracts which have caused high in Social Security from October 1, 2014.

(b) in program II: to the formalization of the conversion of contracts fixed-term or temporary in indefinite starting on October 1, 2014.

  1. the territorial scope is the autonomous community of Cantabria.

Application period: within the period of 3 months from the date in which discharged from Social Security has occurred.

Application date: until December 31, 2015.
