The object of the call is to subsidize costs of creation and implementation underway of new economic activities by young entrepreneurs in the town of Pamplona.
Is considered new economic activity which has been high in the IAE between October 1, 2014 and on September 30, 2015, both inclusive.
Purpose of the call:
Support to young entrepreneurs in the creation of new economic activities in Pamplona.
Individuals who are between 18 and 35 (inclusive) and constitute an economic unit.
Conditions and term of realization of the eligible actions/projects/behaviors/activities:
New economic activities between October 1, 2014 and on 30 September 2015 (both inclusive).
For these purposes, the date in the IAE is regarded as activity start date. Shall be excluded from this grant activities associated with the game, bars or the like.
Determination of eligible expenditure
-Expenses for the start of the activity (costs of notary, registration, and other expenditures directly related to the opening or beginning of activity: business cards, logo design and branding, website…).
-Rental costs, up to a limit corresponding to three consecutive months at the start of the activity. In no event will subsidize rents where there is a family relationship to the third degree of consanguinity or affinity, between tenant and Leasing Corporation. Amounts paid deposit are not subsidized.
-Business transfers. Only shall be considered eligible expenditure the satisfied total amount in this concept excluded stock and merchandise.
Costs which can be regarded as newspapers, such as: rental of premises (excluding rental deposits), quotas Social Security, electricity, phone and similar consumption, they shall be regarded as eligible and will be taken into account, only the corresponding to the first three months from the date of commencement of activity.
It claims individual maximum and criteria for its definition
Provides a subsidy of up to 70% of the total expenses incurred for the creation and implementation underway activity, with a maximum limit of 1,500 euros of grant, for individuals, civil societies and societies irregular without legal personality, and 2,000 euros for subvention, to companies with legal personality.
